The number one thing you have to do is to discover what the users are saying about a certain weight loss product. You'll find testimonials online, and see if they're real. Have a quick look at the user's picture, if there's any. See if you can find a before-and-after photo that's better, and also see whether or not their situation is the same as yours. Take some time to analyze if these people are real, as there are countless of paid testimonials online today.
Take a look at the website, and look closely the sales page scrupulously. You can simply spot a real product from a fake one by how they market their product and through their writing approach. Some would even make big claims that are too good to be right. If it is a weight loss programme, check its major ingredient of the products used, and see whether the site gives reason as to how their product helps customers shed the pounds.
Of course, you can't just rely on the weightloss product alone, so if the promoter doesn't tell you that an effort on your part is still required, you might want to look for another product immediately. He/she can't say the product alone is going to help you fix your weight issue without needing to work out regularly or constrain yourself from foods that trigger weight gain.
Another very important thing to take into account is the qualifications of those individuals that made and/or push the product. See whether they're health practitioners; otherwise, you want to keep well clear from them. You don't need to deal with a person whose only intention is to relieve you of your hard earned money.
