You have heard it a hundred times, and you know, from my own experience that diets do not work. Most diets fail because diets based on deprivation. And after a few days or weeks to deprive yourself, you eventually give you a small reward. And this "little" reward you usually begins around the way as you before, and sometimes ate with a little more leniency. And during this time, you usually gain the weight back and then some. Statistics diets are depressing. More than 96 percent of people who go on diets end up gaining all the weight they lost.
So what are we doing wrong? Simple, it has to do with our metabolism. And what exactly do our metabolism: the speed at which our body burns calories to keep us energy and fuel we need to run. There
are some people who are lucky of course have high metabolism and can
eat very well what they want and stay slim, while the rest of the world
can only eat salads and even increase in weight. Just
like your mother told you: "Life is not always fair" But it is possible
that you change your metabolism you bet In fact, you probably already
have, but for the worse and Go.!. outside diets, also known as a yo-yo diet, you are actually dangerous to disturb your body and lower your metabolism.
Think about your last diet (or whatever you're doing now), when you lose weight, well, at least temporarily. This is because the human body is so amazing. It reacts to fewer calories by your fat, you get to lose weight, but it only works for a short period. Then, your body slows down your metabolism to keep you from starving.
