This approach is short term intended to prove to you what we already know is true in a hurry. For the first 3 weeks, do your best to avoid the foods that are unhealthy for your body. This will allow your body to begin its detoxification process.

As your body detoxifies you will experience an increase in energy. The body will begin shedding excess body fat. Bloating and gas in your digestive system will also begin to disappear. You will begin to enjoy the benefits of stabilized blood sugar levels. You will be well on your way to lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol and preventing the potential of many other health related disorders and diseases.

Since you are in a hurry to see results you must do this for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks are up you can try eating the "avoid" foods for 2 days. See how sluggish you feel after doing so. You will probably experience digestive discomfort, gas, bloating and fatigue. This should motivate you to continue to avoid foods that make you feel this way. The choice is yours. This could be the method for losing weight for you.

If you find making dietary changes very challenging this approach will help relieve some of the pressure and keep it doable.
